Sunny Hills Resort Finestrat complete 76 bungalows and 28 luxury villas with spectacular views to the Mediterranean Sea. The Resort has exceptional and spacious communal areas with a swimming pool and lounge areas, designed to make the most enjoyable time with family and friends.

This luxury holiday home  comprise of two double bedrooms with 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 sleeps, all with fitted wardrobes. The living is furnished with air conditioning, IPTV with international channels, high speed WIFI. The fully fitted open kitchen has all the necessary equipment.

From the fully furnished balcony and solarium you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and the skyline of Benidorm. Underground garage is provided. The communal garden has green areas with a large communal pool and children pool area.

The Sunny Hills complex is surrounded by beaches, mountains, championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, theme parks, shopping centres and being just 30 minutes from Alicante City with its international airport and train station, ensures you have everything you can dream of, on your doorstep.

FINESTRAT AREA INFORMATION
The village of Finestrat and the beachside resort of Cala Finestrat are both located in the Marina Baixa region on the Costa Blanca. If there is something that stands out from Finestrat, it´s its natural environment. 

The old town is located at the foot of Puig Campana´s mountain, while La Cala de Finestrat is the place where tourists who want to enjoy the sea drop by. Halfway between sea and mountain, we find one of the most exclusive residential areas of Northern the Costa Blanca. An environment dotted with villas and luxury residential areas, to enjoy exceptional skyline of Benidorm.

The leisure offers in Benidorm town, the proximity of its beaches and its climate, make Finestrat one of the most attractive destinations for those looking to enjoy the sea and nature. Finestrat offers a magnificent environment, where you will find friendly services, nice hotels, golf-courses,and restaurants where you can enjoy good cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Both Finestrat and Cala Finestrat are quiet destinations compared to some of their neighbouring resorts. If you are looking to enjoy a more vibrant nightlife and a wider selection of international restaurants, then head to Benidorm, that is situated just 3 kilometers away. The city of Alicante and the Alicante airport is just 40km South of Finestrat.

BENIDORM INFORMATION
Benidorm is the most visited tourist resort on the Costa Blanca Coast of Spain. With great beaches, the Mediterranean Sea to swim in, a busy resort packed with bars, restaurants and clubs. With the fifth largest population in the Alicante province, Benidorm is located 45 kilometers Northeast of the city of Alicante, and just south of Altea Village.

It is the central destination on the Costa Blanca with it’s dominant skyline sometimes being called the “Manhattan of Spain” due to the high rise tower blocks. The backdrop to Benidorm is the magnificent mountain range known as Sierra HeladaBenidorm attracts some great entertainers and lots of visitors looking for a good time. Clearly it has something going for it as over 4 million visitors come here every year.

With a flying time of about two hours from most Northern European airports, long weekend breaks are becoming increasingly popular. Benidorm represents great value for money compared to other destinations. The price of food and drinks are low due to the amount of competition between bars and restaurants.

THINGS TO DO
Benidorm is rather unique in that it attracts many different segments of holidaymakers, for example many younger people visit Benidorm for the vibrant nightlife and the huge amount of bars, clubs and pubs. Benidorm also attracts many pensioners and retirees who enjoy the many facilities such as restaurants and shops all very close together within walking distance and all with very reasonable prices.

Benidorm also attracts young families because of the fabulous beaches lined with the promenade full of lively bars with live music, restaurants and shops, and again your hotel or apartment is likely to be within a short walk. Young families also enjoy the many options for excursions and activities and there are lots of things to do and see if you have children.

BEACHES
The reason Benidorm has become so large and so popular is the beautiful setting with three miles of fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters with  wonderful all-year round climate and hot sunny weather in the summer. There are two wonderful long sandy beaches, Playa Poniente - Sunset Beach and Playa Levante - Sunrise Beach, separated by a rocky promontory, the Canfali vantage point that offers great views in each direction. At the foot of this lookout point is the Mal Pas cove.

The main Benidorm beaches are long and wide although very crowded in summer. Levante is busier than Poniente. There is also a very good beach South of Poniente at Finestrat. There are plenty of watersports available such as waterskiing and parasailing. For scuba divers you can visit the Llosa reef teeming with sea-life.

BENIDORM OLD TOWN
Benidorm also has a lovely old town area inbetween the Levante and Poniente beaches. This area is very traditional, very Spanish and quite peaceful. This area is centred around the Canfali vantage point and the Parque de Elche. The old town district has all the major shops of Benidorm as well as some good bars. The streets are narrow and winding. Be sure to see the San Jaime church with it’s landmark blue dome.

Du har bestilt en innkvartering via hjemmesiden vår. Vi vil sende reisedokumentene til e-postadressen din så snart som mulig. Etter bekreftelsen vår er bestillingen din fullført.

Når foretar jeg forskuddsbetalingen? 
Forskuddsbetalingen, 30 % av leieprisen må betales innen 5 dager etter fakturadatoen. Alle betalinger må betales via bankoverføring. Betalingskvitteringen og bestillingsbekreftelsen kan sammen brukes som leiekontrakten.

Trenger jeg å betale et depositum?
Ja, du må betale et depositum på 200 euro. Dette depositumet vil du få refundert innen 8 dager etter avreise. Mulige kostnader for skader vil bli trukket fra det refunderte depositumet. 

Overlevering av nøkkel
Vedrørende overleveringen av nøkkel, ber vi deg om å kontakte lederen for innkvarteringen din via e-post eller telefon 2 uker før avreise. De har blitt informert om bestillingen din. Nærmere informasjon om innkvarteringsleder vil bli gitt til deg etter at vi har mottatt denne posten.

Til hvilken tid må jeg ankomme feriehjemmet mitt?
Hver ankomstdag er også en avreisedag. Gjestene kan ankomme mellom klokken 16 til 18. Gjestene må forlate innkvartering før kl. 11. Nøkkelleveranser etter 23.00 timer mot ekstra kostnader 25 € og vil bli refundert fra innskudd.

Er sengetøy og håndklær inkludert i leieprisen?
Kjøkken- og sengetøy, samt håndklær er inkludert i leieprisen. Vi anbefaler våre gjester å bringe et strandhåndkle til bruk ved bassenget eller på stranden. Det samme gjelder for sengetøy for barnesenger. 

Er sengetøy og håndklær inkludert i leieprisen?
Kjøkken- og sengetøy, samt håndklær er inkludert i leieprisen. Vi anbefaler våre gjester å bringe et strandhåndkle til bruk ved bassenget eller på stranden. Det samme gjelder for sengetøy for barnesenger. 

Bruk av elektrisitet
De nevnte leiepriser er all inclusive kostnader av energi, unless less than 80 kwh per week for elektrisitet is consumed, de flere forbrukerkostnadene blir trukket fra innskuddet til 0,25 € per Kwh. Nøkkelinnehaveren vil gi en forklaring.
