Panorama Mar Punta Prima is only 5 km from Torrevieja and is distinguished by its good communication and health infrastructures, proximity to the Alicante airport and the amount of services available all year round.
Here you will find clean beaches, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket, etc. all within walking distance, making Punta Prima area and ideal place to enjoy your holiday. Zenia Boulevard shopping center is within easy reach by car, and within 20 minutes you will find several Golf courses, including the award winning Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.
Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca within 30 minutes of two international airports Murcia and Alicante. The beaches are some of the cleanest around and have been awarded the blue flag status. Punta Prima has a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine a year. The beach has a wonderful promenade with shops and boutiques and bars and restaurants.
Punta Prima is situated a ten minute drive just south of Torrevieja. For those more energetic you can reach Torrevieja by foot, a mere thirty minute stroll along the coast or there is an hourly bus service to take you there.
Also just a short stroll to a sandy beach or follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, makes this resort an appealing and desireable spot to enjoy your holiday. Walk just 10 minutes and you will have access to a variety of cuisines including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese or Indian.
Punta Prima has a sandy beach. On one side where you can swim, paddle or simply sunbathe, and on the other rock pools which provide an ideal and safe location for children to spend time looking for crabs or fish or just sitting in the warm pools.
THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA PRIMA AREA
Punta Prima also has a Commercial Centre with an Eroski supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants. There are even more restaurants to choose from on the N332 such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini Italian, German, Ghandi Indian, two Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia and several bars.
There are three golf courses in the area as well as water sports, fishing, sailing to be enjoyed. A visit to the local market to buy your fruits and vegetables, shoes, bags and clothes can be made on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca.

Mihin aikaan minun täytyy saapua lomakotiini?
Jokainen saapumispäivä on myös lähtöpäivä. Vieraat voivat saapua paikalle klo 16.00 ja 23.00 välisenä aikana. Lähtöpäivänä majoituksesta on poistuttava ennen klo 11.00.
Avainten toimittamisesta klo 23.00 jälkeen veloitetaan 25€, joka veloitetaan takuumaksusta. Lisätietoja löydät matka-asiakirjoistasi. Mikäli haluat saapua aikaisemmin tai myöhemmin, keskustele asiasta majoitusvastaavan kanssa. Se voi hyvinkin olla mahdollista!
Sisältyvätkö liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet vuokraan?
Keittiön, makuuhuoneen ja kylpyhuoneen liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet sisältyvät vuokraa. Suosittelemme vieraitamme tuomaan oman rantapyyhkeen käytettäväksi uima-altaalla tai rannalla. Sama pätee pinnasänkyjen vuodevaatteisiin.
Sähkön käyttö
Kaikki mainitut vuokrahinnat kattavat energiakustannukset, paitsi jos sähköä kulutetaan enemmän kuin 85 kwh viikossa. Useammasta käyttäjästä vähennetään takuuvuokrasta 0,35€/kwh. Avaintenluovutuksen yhteydessä kerrotaan paikan päällä lisätietoja.
